Please be advised that the Coastal Fire Centre will be prohibiting Category 2 (back yard) and Category 3 (industrial) open fire effective 12:00 noon Thursday May 18th, 2023.
In addition to these prohibitions, the Coastal Fire Centre will also be restricting the following activities:
Fireworks
Sky Lanterns
Binary Exploding Targets
Burn Barrels or Burn Cages of any size or description
Air Curtain Burners
Reminder Campfires must be 0.5 meter x 0.5 meter x 0.5 meter in size. Please also keep a water source handy when having a campfire, ie bucket, hose etc. Campfires must never be left unattended.
