At the October 1, 2025 GFPID meeting, a select committee consisting of Trustees Appel, Bussler and Johnson was established, and their mandate is to examine the handling of FOI requests and generate recommendations for the purpose of reducing future costs.

Below is a DRAFT of a flow chart that was created in committee to begin to discern between  a "routine" request  (information we have in the office) and more formal FOI requests.  It is the committee's hope that instead of going through a formal FOI process, you might find what you're looking for on the Trustee site.  A good place to start is at the Routine Requests page.  If what you're looking for is not there, please contact the Corporate Officer at: corporateofficer@gabriolafire.ca
