This page is being developed as a central place for Board correspondence, where incoming letters and the official responses can be shared together in a clear and accessible way. The goal is to help the public follow both the questions being raised and how they are addressed, rather than seeing correspondence on its own without context. While the calendar currently includes links to agenda packages, correspondence received, and related materials, relying only on it can make it difficult to locate specific correspondence and match it with its reply over time.

 

This page is intended to bring those pieces together in one searchable location. At this stage, the page is a draft only and reflects a proposed approach that is still being refined. It will be reviewed, updated, and improved over time as the Board continues to develop its policies, receives legal guidance, and gains experience with how the process works in practice.
