THE goal for this page is to post Both the received correspondence and the board replies.
In the April 2026 General meeting, the Board passed the following motion: "THAT until final approval of the Correspondence Policy and Correspondence Guidelines and Flow Chart are adopted, the Board use the proposed Flow Chart on an interim basis to guide the handling of correspondence." That Flow Chart is below.
